Nope. This has been extensively discussed elsewhere. That is Microsoft's turf, and they paint over and refresh it whenever they want. They already set their z-order to topmost, so anything you do to cover it up is going to be temporary at best.Hello, I have a skin located in the taskbar area and its position is set to "Stay topmost", but despite this, when I click on the start menu, it disappears for the duration of the interaction. Is it possible to fix this so that the skin is never covered?
