Not sure about the accuracy as I don't use it for network usage monitoring. However you can change the units on HWiNFO.Good afternoon all, a quick question as I am trying to use a gauge for network usage (download). Is there a way for it to be configured to do MB not KB, it also seems to be very inaccurate using 'Current DL rate' in HWiNFO (RealTek Semiconductor RTL8125). Any help would be truly appreciated.
Merry Christmas one and all.
AndYou can easily change this by going into sensor settings -> Custom -> Customize values, and use the appropriate Multiply factor. Then you can also change the Unit to "Mbps".
According to this thread in their forums.[...] the math is Megabit divided by Kilobyte (for example I have 25 Megabit/second download speed divided by 3125 kilobytes/second.)
Just be aware that a factor is normally a multiplier, so to divide you have to multiply. For example, to divide by 2 you would have to multiply by 0.5.
